The nterview prcess is not very different from others. The key person in your direct boss, HR are not very involved in the Y / N decisión.
I had exams then, so I kept things brief and to the point. The recruiters were okay—professional and responsive, but the overall process felt standard, nothing particularly outstanding or memorable.

Teams y entrevista con RRHH y gerente. Cumplieron con feedback de la entrevista y con los plazos comprometidos. La carta de oferta sí que tardo más en llegar y la oferta estuvo por debajo de lo comentado en la entrevista.
The process was ok, like many others. Communication could have been better. But on the whole ok. I decided in the end that the role wasn’t for me. Although the company is very good. Perhaps something to consider in the future
