Interview
Back in 2007 the hiring process was quite simple, it just included a logic test, a very simple english test, an interview with HR and a final interview with some Indra manager.
Everything was done in about 3h in a single day at Arroyo de la Vega HQ. Note this used to vary a bit between diferent corporate sites but for junior profiles seemed to be the norm

Question 1
Was plan simple and easy. The company was hiring in big numbers, so as long as you had a uni-level education and you did accept the compensation, you were in.

Interview
The interview only took one day to finish. I had only 2 interviews. 1 from the HR, 1 logical exam, and 1 interview by the unit head. All were very nice and the conversation flow was easy. I felt very relaxed. I also skipped the technical exam and the interview with the head of the project. The exam was easy and fun to answer too.
