I'd applied online for London region and received a call next few days. It was an invitation for a group interview. They asked to bring with me an id, its photocopy and a copy of cv.
When I entered the hall, a receptionist girl gave me blank to fill in my information and a piece of sticker to write my name on. There were about 25-30 people waiting for the interview and only few of them were confident in themselves, probably it was not the first time.
When everyone was ready a girl came in and invitetd everyone in a room for the interview, previously checking our id's. The interviewer was very nice and made a very relaxing atmosphere. She asked us what we know about Inditex (be confident to answer and read some information before) and showed two videos about inditex company and what do usually workers do. Played a game like discribing the videos, a group game for improving the sales of particular clothes.
There was no 1 on 1 interview in front of the rest of the group.
The process took 1.30 hous.
The day after I recevived a call for a 1 on 1 interview with the store manager.
The manager was very nice, helped me answering the right questions, joking, asked the hours I am able to work (what was very weired, because i filled this information on the group interview).
The next week I received an email that I've passed the interview successfully and have to wait for their call.
Few days later an hr worker called me, said that I didn't pass the interview for the particular shop I was interviewed (probably manager had problems with my availability), asked once again my available hours and said to wait for the next call with possible positions that evening or day after. It already passed few days without any call or email.
People, who are applying for Inditex must be ready to answer the easy questions about Inditex and its shops and be patient for waiting their calls. They don't really count the time)))
