I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
Remote interview process.
Initially contacted by a recruiter for a 30 minute phone interview.
A week later an interview was scheduled for the first round a few days later.
The next week I was informed that I made it to the panel interview and was given the offer to schedule a few days later or the following week.
I interviewed a few days later with 4 interviewers for 30-45 minutes each. The 45 minute one had a practical assessment. I was told I would receive feedback the beginning of the following week, only to be strung along until that Friday to be told no.
Overall this was an unnecessarily long process that I do not feel respects the time of job seekers which is quite ironic to me.
A month wasted.
