3 round of interviews. Skills based and conversational. Very friendly interviewers. Role play for one of them with a sales call scenario. All done through zoom and their internal platform
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
2 recruiter calls first is screening, second is more in detail JD review. Round 2: interview with Director. Rd3 is another director(Rd2&3 we’re back to back), rd4 is a panel interview with another director and Sr. Director with mock sales call(they give you the scenario).. was only supposed to be 4 rounds but then Rd5 was another senior director. Took about 6 weeks from applying to decision.
Pros: everyone is friendly and intelligent
Cons: really drawn out process but chalking that up to “big company” and just meeting so many people who ask the same interview questions can be frustrating
