I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone conversation was set up after initial application. The interaction over the phone was very transactional, like the interviewer was required to achieve a call quota for HR. I could hear my answers being furiously typed out, and the interviewer had no real reaction or conversation to contribute. They talked a million miles a minute and a call that was scheduled to last 30 minutes was over in 10. For a place that asks for a "cool sense of humor" in its job descriptions, this interview was the least cool and the least humorous, and made me rethink my interest in the company.

Where are you in the job search? What else are you looking at?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Indeed had a three phase interview process. First is the phone interview, then an in person interview (with all three sales directors...separately), lastly is the presentation. After getting through all three rounds and finishing the presentation, I thought I did well. The directors went over things I did well and also what I could improve on. When the recruiter called with a final decision, she said they "chose to go a different route" when I asked for feedback, she gave me a completely different answer then the directors did post presentation interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone interview, followed by in-person with three different directors who had many different questions and were super informative and transparent as to what I should expect in the role to come! The final interview was a mock cold-call. Each part of the process I was given extensive feedback and extremely helpful information from HR
