Overall unorganized and unprofessional interview process. Applied and a recruiter reached out. Did a phone screen then asked to meet with hiring managers. After days of altering schedule and preparing for interview, a second recruiter (that I’ve never been in touch with) reached out of the blue to notify that the role is no longer available.
This is something I would expect of a low tier organization not one like IQVIA.
