I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IQVIA in Sep 2020
Interview
Recruiter reached out fairly quickly for an introductory phone interview. The interview went well and I was told I would hear back within the week for next steps and that my background was a great fit. I didn’t hear back for over a week and emailed for an update, and nothing. Not even a rejection email. I checked my application status online and it now says “process complete”. I understand if I wasn’t selected but it is unprofessional not to inform the candidate with at least an automatic rejection email. Negative experience over all.
