Despite the urgency of the hiring need, the interview process was unexpectedly lengthy and disorganized. The pressure to fill the position quickly led to a rushed and reactive approach, rather than a structured and strategic one. Key steps such as proper candidate screening, panel coordination, and feedback loops were either compressed or overlooked entirely. As a result, the process lacked the professionalism and thoroughness typically expected in a well-executed recruitment cycle. This not only impacted the candidate experience but also raised concerns about the quality and sustainability of the hiring decision.

I got past the case consulting interview but totally bombed it. I did not receive any feedback and the interviewer was very boring and bland. The first round with the recruiter was really nice.
