Communications with Talent Aquisition team are not the most expedited. They take their time, and you are really not aware about how the process is going. They also are missing to contact you so you're not sure if they checked your CV at all and on what stage are you.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Estambul) in Oct 2025
Interview
Following the online application, an email was sent with a link to the recruitment interview. Using this link, you log into the system and answer the questions they ask via video. If the outcome is positive, a suitable date is arranged with the recruiter and a telephone interview is conducted. If you are deemed suitable at this stage, I believe your interviews with the team begin. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage.

j'ai reçu un email pour passer un entretien video sur hire vue , j'ai répondu à plusieurs questions pour un poste d'ARC en alternance une année et par la suite un j'ai ete contacte par la responsable de recrutement pour un entretien physique
love that it was a personal interview but it was tough to navigate and they ghosted you after a while, and they don't responded back to you which is very un professional
