Entrevista tranquila. Entrevistadora bem objetiva. Muitas perguntas sobre habilidades interpessoais e de resolução de problemas. Apenas uma parte conduzida em inglês. 3 pessoas participaram, apesar da lista inicial de entrevistadores possuir aproximadamente 7 pessoas.

IQVIA interview process: recruiter screen, HireVue video, hiring manager interview, technical/behavioral rounds with team or senior CRA, final review and offer decision focusing on clinical knowledge, communication, and risk awareness. As fast paced as i wanted.

a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
