Hilarious if not so unhinged from the start. Clueless depts within the org. They have money so basically it is another place where no one does any productive work but try to show they are very busy. Oh and they will advertise their job postings as "those with interest in Ted Talks are valued" however the person interviewing you is eons away from any innovation or ted talks.

Good and short process. Very professionel and kind people who makes it a confirtable conversation. I had multiple interviews before landing a job there and I questioned this. They told me that they wanted to find the best role for me there where I would fit and be happy with. That made me feel heard and secure.
Interviews with hiring manager, Group HR, and CEO. Overall good experience, everyone was friendly. They did not oversell the position, and instead explained the difficulties as well to paint a realistic picture of the role.

Just got the first interview with HR personnel. It took them a while to respond back and forth and communication was not as expected. Though the person was kind and clear with intentions.
