initially there was an online test- consists of an english aptitude test which is compulsory and another set of questions, the topic can be chosen from a list (science, microbiology, pharmaceutics, biochemistry etc. Once we attain the minimum score, the next is HR round followed by technical round.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Bangalore Rural) in Jan 2023
