phone and on-site. phone interview was arranged by the HR and it followed an on-site interview after one week. There are both behavior interview and case interview for the on-site interview.

Got in touch over campus recruiting. First round consisted of a one hour analytical test, with questions similar to the GMAT. Second round was a recruiting day consisting of two interviews (mainly CV questions and a very short case focused on interpreting graphs) and a case presentation ( 1 hour preparation and one hour discussion/presentation). Interviewers were very relaxed and friendly overall a very positive experience!
