After a brief phone conversation, got a face-to-face interview where I was asked a few questions about my motivation, experience and skills. Then I had to complete a basic technical test.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IQVIA (Nueva Delhi) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple.
First round was a Aptitude test. Around 300 people applied for it and 90 got shortlisted.
Second round was a Psychometric test. 30 out of 90 cleared this round.
Interviews started the next day.
1st interview was resume based with a case study towards the end.
2nd interview was just a 5-10 mins HR formality.
Finally 11 students received the offer.

Interview
Quick, flexible, and thorough. They went through a few stages and had a few case studies to ensure that we could handle the work that would be needed. Three different interviewers but all were respectful, helpful, friendly and were willing to talk through and discuss the case study to give more context. It was, all in all, a good experience and less stressful than most interviews.
