I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IQVIA (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
First round was a video interview, followed by a case over the phone, which was basic. This was followed by a case assignment and superday - which was mostly resume based behavioral questions and a technical round. You'll also have to present the case during the day.
What's disappointing was the response time of the HR team. The HR took weeks to reply back emails leaving me frustrated with the unprofessional behaviour of the team (all the experiences praising the HR team on Glassdoor definitely seem fake). The internal team was however helpful and interviews went pleasantly well. However the management will severely bargain on your salary (by offering way below market ~ 70k) and position - so beware.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IQVIA (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
Three tours, two of which were case interviews and one was behavioral. The case interviews were on projects that IQVIA worked on earlier. All of them were arranged over the phone/video chat.

Question 1
They gave two diseases and two drugs that treat them and had me pick which one I would produce.
There was an online test with some basic questions, both behavioral and pharma related. Your answer will be recorded via a video. It was about 30 minutes. You will be given 40-60 seconds to get prepared before you answer the question. Questions statement was kind of short but there are many professional words.
