It is ok. but the duration of the interview is insufficient.
Common questions are regarding collections, oop, bean, strings and technical coding question.
Interviewers are nice, but expect a delay in receiving the results from HR.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ING
Interview

Question 1
Microservicios, Java, buenas prácticas, como mejorar código.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Bucarest, ) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was crazy, overkill. I had easier interviews at Google and Amazon.
First step was an online assessment of 3 HOURS.
Next was a 1:30m technical interview which took in reality 2 hours. This technical interview was overkill again. There was a senior developer and a team-leader interviewing me. While the senior developer was ok, the team leader looked like he was seeking questions to decline me, to prove me how good of a developer he is. Many of the questions were horrendously formulated. He was very rigid, I would answer the question and he was angry that I didn't read his mind, to answer exactly what he wanted to hear. I still answered at least half of the questions asked.
Next came the answer that I passed the technical interview, but they're not considering me, because I don't have the work seniority they required, but if I want "I can start all over again for a junior position". As crazy as it seems, I agreed with the recruiter on the condition that the pay remains the same and I'm not going to do more than 2 interviews because it was already enough of a waste of time. She agreed and then passed me to another recruiter. The other recruiter called me next week to tell me that I'm eligible for the interview but I should start again with a "homework project". I noped out.
I'm definitely not considering these guys again for the next 3 years.

Question 1
Online assessment: 5 problems - 2 leetcode hards, 1 relatively easy SQL query, 1 refactor-a-class problem and 1 design problem Technical interview: How do you create a bean? No, I don't mean that. How do you create the bean? What type of bean is it? That's not what scope means (it actually is). Ok, and how does Spring do that in the back? Tell me the implementation.
