The interview process was very informative. I learned a lot regarding Ikea's core values and store structure. During the interview process, I gained a better understanding of the job position being offered. This allowed me to decide whether I was a good fit for the company and position. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Interview
I signed up a week prior and had to visit the restaurant for a hiring event. There were about 30 people waiting for an interview in a line and about 5 people getting solo interviews at a time. The process wasn't hard. They wanted it to feel as much like an authentic conversation as possible. They asked about 10 questions about describing prior issues I overcame a previous jobs.

Interview
About 30 minutes, super friendly and easy going. The questions were all about personal experience and your views, which couldn't be any easier. One of the best interviews I have been on.
