IKEA Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

The manger introduced her self to me. She told me a lot about the store. She told me how long she been with the company. She told me about how good the company is very is. The manger told me how she started asz a sale association in cashier. In now she is a manger at IKEA

I went to a "On the spot interview" and had to wait about 45 min. to be interviewed. The woman was very nice and the interview seemed to be more of a conversation rather than an interrogation.
