IKEA Cart Co-worker interview questions

I filled out an application online followed by a phone interview. This location wasn't very organized in this part of the process. It may take two or three tries to get a phone interview. If you manage to win a face to face interview and give good answers to interview questions, you've got the job. The interview is a formality. Carts has an extremely high turnover rate and they are desperate for new people.
