IKEA Interim Shopkeeper/Department Manager interview questions

Internal process is completely broken. Generic questions that are intentionally vague. Hiring process that takes months. Forced, mandatory "feedback" sessions which often have little to no beneficial content. Waste of time if only posted internally- they opened it internally only for a reason. The person they want has already been asked to apply. Rampant favoritism, nepotism, and diversity "quota" obsession.
