I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Rockwall, TX) in May 2026
Interview
It was easy, but felt rushed. The call lasted 6 minutes, and I barely got to speak, I wasn’t questioned or even asked about my previous experience. It just seemed like they had already chosen another candidate and sped through the rest of the interviews.
Not a question; but recipient said that the position “includes a bit of everything.” Food preparation, inventory, stocking, ect are all part of the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (Vaughan, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
Really straightforward, asking many questions about past experience to see how you did your job, your future vision, and how you see IKEA in their vision and value. Much like a conversation, telling you more about what this job is about.
Really pleasant experience, very chill questions and interview process. I got the call to do an interview while I was on holiday, so I asked if I could do it online which wasn’t a problem at all.
