Group interview. Had to introduce ourselves, then they asked us questions directed to the whole group. Standard interview questions: Why do you want to work here, what do you know about the company, etc.
For the people who didn't speak up, they went to individual interviews about halfway into the interview process.
Whole thing took about two hours.

Fairly Easy. I applied online and was emailed less than 24 hours later to set up a phone interview. They asked for
a brief resume summery, pay expectations and when i could come in person. In person, they asked about things on my resume in more detail and my availability. They asked what I thought the job would entail and how I would describe IKEA.

They are very friendly, apply online first, then they will email you and come in for a physical interview. Takes between 1-2 weeks depending on how smooth your references are going.
