First, I had to complete an initial screening interview on-site. The person who interviewed me did not even show up, so I needed to wait 45 min until someone filled in to interview me. The interviewer was not in the mood to interview me at all and asked very difficult questions.
Phone and then in person. The lady in person was not very nice. She seemed to talk down on me, and didn't believe that I could lift 50lbs because I was small. She didn't know I was a personal trainer too. I can lift..

Interviwed by HR person and head of the department of job applied for. Very friendly and relaxing interviewers, ( don't relax too much! ). General questions worded in a ways to understand you and what type of person you are.
