Applied online on Friday, phone screen same day. Scheduled for first interview on Monday. Interview went good, was asked to interview with second person directly afterwards. Did drug test & personality quiz same day. Offer made next day

Had an initial phone call screening and was very bland, boring, involved only questions with no means to progress further in a conversation. Was ghosted after following up three times.

Describe a time you had an internal conflict with employees and how did you handle it?
Friendly and open minded interviews by hiring manager and line manager, self introduction and questions from supervisors. Just be yourself. It takes almost an hour so better to prepare a long conversation.
