I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IKEA (Bloomington, MN) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was very unique! By far the best interview I've ver been to. There were 3 rounds on 3 different days. I got the job and worked there for 2 summers in a row.
