I Met with 2 managers, they were nice and down to earth. They explained about Ikea and how everyone is seen as equals. 50% of managers are women. Asked questions about values as Ikea has some and they want to find a good fit.

They wanted to ensure I was available nights and weekends. You can expect one weekend off a month
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
