Applied online, was invited to attend a video interview which I was able to do in my own time. Was able to practice before hand and the actual video interview included 3 questions.
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
