The interview is straight forward. you get contacted through email or phone call then you go to their office and you get interviewed by the manager. the questions are simple they just want to find out about you and why you think you are suitable for the role
Round 1:
-Getting to know you type of questions
-Situation type of questions and how would you handle them

-Getting to know you
-Why do you want to work at ikea
-Questions for them

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
