The interview process follows the 5 Star format with tell me about a time when. Both interviews were over the phone. First interview with Department Manager, then second interview with HR and actual manager.

Interview
The interview started out over the phone with a talent requisition agent. We went over the job description, my week qualifications, and job history. I went on to do two interviews. One with the Logistics Manager, the other with the Deputy Store Manager. I filled out the offer paperwork and background check. The process took about a month.
