I applied online and then about a week later recieved a phone call. The phone call has particularly odd questions on my personal knowledge of IKEA. After the phone interview I was then invited in for a face-to-face interview a week later. After the interview I did not hear back for a week so I proceeded to call the interviewer. I then received a call back two days later with an offer for a position.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
