I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2014
Interview
It was a group interview, you must be prepared to answer questions as you will not be called upon specifically. Try to make sure you answer a few of the questions and make an impression though don't over do it. There will usually be three managers during this process. Try to know some stuff about the company.
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.
Round 1:
-Getting to know you type of questions
-Situation type of questions and how would you handle them
Round 2:
-Getting to know you
-Why do you want to work at ikea
-Questions for them
Interview questions [1]
