Interview
It was a group interview. Just like others company, try to answer some questions. Will be divided into several groups. my groups is ok. I try to make everyone had a chance to speak so everyone is equal. that would increase your chance being recognize. Other than that just be your self and you will be fine.
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
