IBM On-Campus Internship Interview – Experience The internship process started with an online assessment consisting of 2 coding questions on job scheduling (no MCQs). I was not selected after this round. For those who cleared the OA, the next steps included a group discussion and a technical interview. They were looking for good project and the Gen AI knowledge.

There were 2 group activities and one technical interview. Group activities was easy but there always the loud people who want to appear smart so not the best place for introvert to shine
