Completed a coding interview and was ghosted for a year. They started off with a video interview, basically record yourself answering prompts. Afterwards, they put you through a coding interview without any proctors.

I got the interview after IBM hackathon. The selection for interview from the hackathon was based on the performance of the team (yea, a team of 5 participates the hackathon). After selection an interview date was given with a senior manager.
