Job was posted via IBM's internal site, applied for it online. Within a few weeks I received an email from the manager, who setup an interview. The interview was very straightforward, we discussed my previous work experience and relevant school projects, and had a few short technical questions. The interview only lasted an hour or two, very relaxed.
