IBM Software Developer Engineer interview questions

Applied online through the IBM careers portal and received an interview invitation about two weeks later. The process had one technical interview on Microsoft Teams with two engineers. They asked C++ fundamentals, multithreading concepts, and some behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. Interviewers were friendly and focused on practical experience rather than pure theory. No coding on a shared editor, mostly verbal technical discussion. Received a rejection email about one week later.

The interviewer was very friendly, but the recruiters were non responsive to communications, and scheduled interviews without communication or any context. Overall left a negative experience due to the recruiter interaction.
