IBM Senior Software Engineer interview questions

There are multiple round of interview start with screening. Then there is 2-3 technical round. Followed by HR interview. In interview mostly question related to your previous work. For software role generally there is a dedicated programming round, where you need to write code and explain.

Process is not stable, too many calls , but everything will end up useless , even after completing interview and getting selected, yu won't get proper information of whether yu cleared it or not
