I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (São Paulo, ) in Jan 2015
Interview
IBM is known on the Brazilian market for interviewing and disappearing. I had many interviews over the years - always answering the same questions (even when the last interview was with the same person and for the same job a few weeks prior). I will refer to the one that actually went through.

Question 1
The focus was in the job conditions (hours, location, role, travel, salary, etc) - very focused on the client in question and not on a career path.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at IBM (Pune) in Dec 2012
Interview
I applied through an employee (experienced hire). It took almost 4-5 weeks to hear back from HR. I had 3-4 interviews scheduled. Scheduling was a nightmare. 2 of the interviews got rescheduled more than twice. Couple of the interviewers didn't seem knowledgeable so it was a cake walk for me or rather a bit boring. There was a gap of about 3-4 weeks between each interview. By the time I got the offer it was about 5 months since when I had applied.

Question 1
One good question I got was - what is the most challenging thing for me as part of my consulting engagements?
I applied online. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
There was a brief screening phone interview, followed by several longer phone interviews, and then a more lengthy video conferencing interview. 4-5 interviews at least. Mostly situational questions. Smart people. Articulate. Great company.
