IBM Senior Java Developer interview questions

1st round was telephonic interview Asked all basic question of Java project structure information unit Testing process Agile process 2nd round was F2F in company but experience was not good Interviewer was not looking interested to took interview She was asking very basic question for senior position access specifier,interface,abstract class She was doing time pass only rather than taking serious interview. If they dont want to hire then why they called for interview don't know Very bad experience from this Big company

Interview process is been for two rounds. First round is for written test having 3 programs, Have to done 3 programs. Late will have technical discussion. The hard part is they have taken around more than an hour for the technical discussion and finally got selected
