IBM Package Consultant interview questions

It was fast and smooth. Two rounds. First round was technical and next was HR round. The technical interview had detailed technical questions about the HCM modules. The HR round was very brief and offer was rolled out next day.

Overall interview process was challenging. Interviewer had in depth knowledge of the technology. You may get to learn many new technical things during interview. Expectation is you should honestly explain what you have worked on earlier and how you are the best fit for the roll. I liked the process.
