IBM PM interview questions

Recruited at a college career fair. Phone interview first, followed by two onsite interviews, the same day at a location in the DC area. Typical interview questions, one with a newer employee, one with a more senior level employee. Nothing too challenging. Received an offer within a week.

My interview was all over the phone, I never met anyone face to face. It was for a contractor, remote job, so that may have something to do with it. The interview was fairly simple, it took some time. A drug test and background check were done.
