If successful, assessment centre:
Re-sit online tests.

Question 1
The in-office repeat of the online tests seemed more difficult - perhaps because half the calculators barely worked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
I was hired via the referral process. I had to interview with 5 people including the HR recruiter. There were no case studies. The first interviews focused on my past work experience and areas of expertise. The final interviews were with the Partner of the practice to see if I would be a good fit and where I could be placed.

Question 1
What do you know about the IBM Strategy practice and why do you think your past experience is a good fit for this role?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM (Ottawa, ON) in Nov 2009
Interview
I was contacted by one of the recruiters who was actually looking for a contract resource. But knowing that I was only interested in a permanent position, referred my case to her colleague. I subsequently had a technical interview followed by 2 interviews by Associate partners. All my interviews were done by phone - no in person interview. I was made a offer after 3 months after the initial contact and was offered a pay lower than what my comparable colleagues were offered. This was subsequently fixed after 2 years.

Question 1
I had a fairly easy ride thru the interviews process. Was not posed any tricky or difficult question.
