Virtual 2 question interview where I recorded answers. It was confusing at first as I thought the interview process had already started during the trial. They give you 1 minute to formulate a response to the question, and 3 minutes to answer.

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.

Interview
There were four questions about resume. Pretty general stuff about resume. Wasn't difficult but you definitely need to prepare. No camera needed for this interview either. Overall, it was pretty simple stuff.
