IBM conducted one telephonic and another f2f interview. Telephonic was technical while f2f was hr interview. Both lasted for around half an hour. Questions were easy and related to the job requirement. Hiring process is accomplished online from beginning though end.

No difficult questions. All questions were basic to the technology and if interviewee has got good practical experience he/she can answer all.

I had an OA which were two leetcode questions, and then one round for the interview, which was behavioral with some technical questions as the interviewee looked through my resume

Very smooth process. Simple question were asked and it was all from my resume itself. Mostly concentrate on the projects an publications. They covered all tech aspects and skills mentioned on my resume
