We submitted a poster initially, the best poster skilled the Group discussion round . Initial screening was done based on resume. The shortlisted resumes were called for Group discussion. This was followed by an Interview, non technical just discussion. And got the offer then and there itself
There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

Question 1
How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM in Apr 2026
Interview
There were four questions about resume. Pretty general stuff about resume. Wasn't difficult but you definitely need to prepare. No camera needed for this interview either. Overall, it was pretty simple stuff.
