Es un proceso largo ya que pasas por varias etapas y aveces depende de la persona que te vaya a entrevistar el proceso puede ser rapido o lento. Consta de una platica con una persona de RH, una prueba técnica y una entrevista para conocer las habilidades que tienes.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
