IBM Developer interview questions

It was online aptitude test called NPAT. It mainly test your IQ and problem-solving technique. There were two parts : number series and image analysis. Number series has total 18 questions and each question take 2:15 minute. Image analysis has total 18 questions and each question take 2:15 minute.

The interview process wasn't that good in my opinion. The older Interviewer told a story how an intern for a 6 month contract was actually on the intern status (not paid) for another 6 months and after that they hired him as a junior software tester on the lowest pay. This speaks miles about how they treat their employees. The older interviewer asked multiple questions that needed text book answers.
