pleasant.they mostly focused on my resume and my past experience and projects, also asked me about some situational examples.overall experience was pleasant .interviewed with a panel of 3 people. they were mostly interested in work I had done previously that related to some of their processes

Brief telephone interview; turned out the hiring managers were actually outsourced contractors. I applied online to be considered for a data science position. IBM representatives responded via email to my inquiry and a telephone interview (phone screen) was scheduled. The entire process was industry standard and fair.
