IBM Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I've been firstly contacted by the HR that scheduled for me a telephonic interview with the Team Leader and the manager. Then I've been contacted and the interview was about some basic knowledge for the position i was applying for and about my fluency in a foreign language.

Phone interview with recruiter, manager and a colleague, another phone interview with Basic Technical questions such as commands dos, command interpreter, command.com, and cmd.exe., basic commands of troubleshooting how to install a printer, etc. What is your behavior towards to customers? How do you work with your co-workers? Are you used to work under pressure?
